La serie CD6-R es una unidad SSD de lectura intensiva NVMe™ para centros de datos optimizada para soportar una amplia gama de aplicaciones escalables y en la nube que incluyen macro datos o IoT, procesamiento de transacciones en línea y virtualización. La serie CD6-R de unidades SSD, creada a partir de la interfaz de 4 carriles PCIe® Gen4, ofrece un rendimiento uniforme de hasta 1,000,000 IOPS (de lectura aleatoria) y 85,000 IOPS (de escritura aleatoria), con un consumo de energía activo de entre 13 y 19 W.
La serie CD6-R de unidades SSD, con memoria TLC BiCS FLASH™ 3D de 96 capas de KIOXIA Corporation, ofrece una resistencia de 1 DWPD (escrituras de unidad por día) y una capacidad de almacenamiento de hasta 15.36 TB* en un factor de forma de 2.5 in, lo que la hace ideal para aplicaciones de centros de datos de hiperescala.
