NVMe™ SSD pour clients

La série BG5 de KIOXIA est une gamme de disques SSD NVMe™ au format compact avec des capacités allant jusqu’à 1 024 Go et exploitant une interface compatible avec la caractéristique PCIe® 4.0 et la mémoire flash KIOXIA BiCS FLASH™ 3D TLC (3 bits par cellule) en 112 couches. Avec une bande passante supérieure, une gestion flash améliorée et une technologie de tampon de mémoire hôte (HMB), la gamme de disques SSD BG5 offre les meilleures performances de lecture de sa catégorie pour les disques SSD au format compact avec jusqu’à 3 500 Mo/s (lecture séquentielle) et jusqu’à 500K IOPS (lecture aléatoire) pour une consommation d’énergie active allant jusqu’à 4,3 W (typ.)*.

 

Les disques SSD KIOXIA série BG5 sont disponibles avec des capacités de 256 Go, 512 Go et 1 024 Go pour les formats de modules M.2 de type 2230 et type 2280, ce qui en fait une solution parfaite pour les conceptions de système fines et légères telles que les PC ultrafins, les appareils embarqués et les dispositifs de démarrage de serveurs dans les centres de données. La série BG5 de KIOXIA propose une option de modèle avec disque à encryptage automatique (SED) qui prend en charge la version 2.01 TCG Opal.
