BG4 시리즈는 KIOXIA의 96-layer TLC BiCS FLASH™와 PCIe® Gen3 x4lane 인터페이스를 탑재한, 최대용량 1,024GB의 Single package NVMe™ SSD입니다. 인터페이스 스피드를 향상 시켰으며, 플래시 메모리 관리, 호스트 메모리 버퍼(HMB) 등의 기술 개선으로, BG4 SSD는 소형 Single package SSD로서 동급 최고의 Read 성능인 Sequential read 최대 2,300MB/s, Random read 최대 390K IOPS를 제공하며, 최대  3.7(Typ.)의 액티브 전력소비량을 자랑합니다.

BG4 시리즈는128GB, 256GB, 512GB, 1,024GB의 4가지 용량으로 제공되며, 폼팩터는 각각 표면 실장 타입의 M.2 1620 단일 패키지와 탈착식 모듈타입의 M2.2230으로 제공됩니다. 슬림형 PC, 가벼운 시스템 설계는 물론 데이터 센터의 내장형 장치와 서버 부팅 등 소형/고속처리가 필요한 용도에 적합합니다.

또한 Self-Encrypting Drive (SED, TCG Opal version 2.01)모델의 옵션과 함께 제공됩니다.
