XG6 시리즈는 KIOXIA의6 4-layer TLC(3-bit-per-cell) BiCS FLASH™를 탑재하였습니다. XG6 SSD는 4세대 BiCS FLASH™기술과SLC 캐시 특성으로, 각각 3180MB/s와 2960MB/s의sequential read/write 속도를 실현하고 최대 355,000의 random read 및 365,000의 random read/write IOPS를 제공합니다.

XG6는 고속화 외에도 XG 제품군의 저전력 설계로 액티브 모드에서는 최대 4.7W , 대기 모드에서는3mW 이하를 소비합니다. 새로운 XG6 시리즈는 파워에 민감한 모바일 PC, 고성능 게임 PC 및 서버 부팅, 캐싱 및 Logging을 위한 데이터 센터 환경에 최적화되어 있습니다.
